- The very best sharing course – our fondue is a mix of 4 cheeses – beaufort, tome de franche comte, emménthal & Raymond’s favourite, comte. Our fondue is mixed with kirsch & white wine served alongside a charcuterie selection, new potatoes, cornichons, fresh salad leaves with dijon mustard dressing and crispy diced croutons.
Cheese Raclette (served one per person)
- Each guest is given their own raclette warming tray to gently melt their raclette to pour over a carefully selected charcuterie selection, new potatoes, cornichons, fresh salad leaves and warm sliced baguette
