C’est Cheese Thursdays…

Introducing our new Alpine experience ‘C’est Cheese’ that will be available every Thursday from 15th February at every Brasserie Blanc. It will be available all day (Southbank BB will offer this from 6.30pm).
What can you expect? 
Choose from a range of delicious cheese courses – whether you choose to indulge in delicious raclette, fondue, tartiflette or a baked St marcellin cheese with truffle honey, you are sure to have a fabulous time! Mix and match, share a fondue with your nearest and dearest or indulge in all that is on offer yourself…
What’s on the menu?

Tartiflette 

  • Soft new potatoes, salty bacon lardons, sweet onion confit & garlic infused cream, creamy gruyere cheese, sliced baguette

Cheese Fondue (served for two people) 

  • The very best sharing course – our fondue is a mix of 4 cheeses – beaufort, tome de franche comte, emménthal & Raymond’s favourite, comte. Our fondue is mixed with kirsch & white wine served alongside a charcuterie selection, new potatoes, cornichons, fresh salad leaves with dijon mustard dressing and crispy diced croutons.

Cheese Raclette (served one per person)

  • Each guest is given their own raclette warming tray to gently melt their raclette to pour over a carefully selected charcuterie selection, new potatoes, cornichons, fresh salad leaves and warm sliced baguette

St Marcellin, truffle honey & accompaniments

  • A stand out dessert course! Our baked St Marcellin cheese comes dressed in truffle honey & served with fresher warm sliced baguette, celery, apricots, fig & almond cake, quince jelly
