Our brand-new menu has launched and we can’t wait for you to sample the autumnal delights Chef Clive & Raymond have created. Our delicious new menu brilliantly captures the beauty of this wonderful season and makes the most of the perfect produce autumn has to offer.
Take your pick from our selection of hearty, comforting classics with a BB twist – confit duck cassoulet, slow-roast pheasant breast & smoked pork belly with roasted apple are amongst our favourites. Or opt for light & flavoursome meat-free mains, such as our sweet & smokey harissa-glazed aubergine and pan-seared Asian spiced tofu. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! Our blackcurrant pavlova is served with heavenly homemade marshmallows, and our warm pear amandine tart is a true taste of France.
We also welcome back some favourites from the BB hall of fame this autumn and continue to offer our best signature dishes.
