Inspired by Raymond Blanc’s love of French favourites and culinary delights from travels further afield, our new menu is full of colourful, seasonal and delicious dishes.

To start, our new Moroccan mezze platter is sunshine on a plate and great for sharing, whilst grilled asparagus with cauliflower crumble, smoked paprika dressing & a poached egg is light, fresh and couldn’t be more ‘in season’.

Our favourite new main dishes include smoked pork belly served with super seasonal pink champagne rhubarb, delicate king scallop brochette with braised fennel and ‘Gunpowder’ free-range chicken with Szechuan spices and a piquant green papaya salad.
