Here at Brasserie Blanc, we’re dedicated to only using the finest produce available at any given time of year, which is why our monthly changing set menu features our favourite seasonal star ingredient. With the days turning cooler and the nights drawing in, we have created a delicious menu that is both indulgent and warming. The conference pear is the star of this month’s set menu and chef Clive has created three beautiful dishes which feature classic food pairings with a twist.
